I came to Kavita Wholistic hoping to walk away with yummy and healthy recipes under my belt as well as a few less pounds over my belt! I’m walking away with that and so much more. Kavita truly is the epitome of the word holistic. Mind, body, soul, and universe are all discussed throughout our sessions. Our conversations can range from the importance of actually listening to your body to the health benefits of turmeric to things that are reserved for only my closest of friends. I look forward to my meetings and get excited by the goals that we set together, even if I’m challenged by them. I can’t tell you how relieved I felt when she told me that I can stop kicking myself for not going to the gym and just find alternative workouts that get me into shape as well as leave me happy and energized. My time with Kavita has been a fulfilling experience. Before coming to her, I thought my diet was nutritious and well balanced.
