As a child I was always the chubbier one, amongst my friends.  Throughout my high school years, I was self-conscious of my weight I thought deprivation and self-control was a way to lose weight.  So, I would portion out my food, and cut out foods that I loved.  However, no matter how much I tried to cut down, I would find myself yearning and thinking about food more and more. Therefore, I found myself overeating, and feeling guilty. It was odd for me to feel so self conscious with my weight because in internally I was so confident.

After years of feeling like this I was determined to figure out a solution for myself.  I wanted more balance in my life, and even more so I wanted to unravel the mystery around food. I thought I was eating all of the right foods like low fat and low calorie foods but I wasn’t feeling better nor losing weight. I knew the frozen meals, the points, the pills were not the route for me. I wanted to solve and understand what was going on with me.

My Weight Loss Program does just that. It is tailored to fit who you are and your lifestyle. Everybody’s body is made differently. One person’s allergy is another person’s favorite food.
